We set out to try to change the frozen dessert landscape in the bay because we LOVED the idea of bringing a smile to people’s faces with outrageous flavor combinations.

It started in the Underground Market in 2011 with a dream and table.
We then grew into California’s first frozen custard truck.

In 2012, Chef Tim Luym and Justin Sakurai joined Jason Angeles and Alex Lam to create the FK Frozen Custard Truck. We believe it takes a cast of unique characters to help make a dream come true. Now we’re looking to YOU, our extended family, to help us build a new home.
