Don't Change The Name...

Marco Jastillana

Change the game.

Some people think that the only way to get Filipino flavors out there to the masses is to somehow mask it as something else and hide it’s Filipino roots. Like always saying “purple yam” and never mentioning “Ube”. We should be proud of our food and our flavors. Sure, you need to explain what it is, but we should always emphasize it’s Filipino name. Now people know the term Sisig, where they didn’t a few years ago.

Jason Angeles, Found of FK Frozen Custard @nextdaybetter . On Filipino Food.

With your help, the FK Frozen Custard Scoop Shop will help bring some Filipino Flavors to masses along with flavors from Thailand, Japan, China, Mexico, and even VEGAN-NAM (ha)!

Support our Kickstarter CAmpaign to open our first Scoop Shop in the Mission

We’re only 1/2 way to our goal so go to to back us.  Remember Kickstarter is ALL or NOTHING meaning if we don't reach our goal, you won't get charged, and we won't receive any funds.  It's important to back to campaign sooner rather than later to keep the momentum going. We have rewards at every level of support. Below is a small sample of what we have.  Highlights include our Limited Edition Adapt Clothing X FK "Cold Blooded" T-shirt, 6 Scoops Card, 12 Sundaes Card, your name etched on the wall and more.

Shout out to some of my fellow Filipino entrepreneurs trying to make it and the future ones we’ve yet to hear of yet. Together we can make this happen.

Thank you,

The FK Fam.
