WEST COAST STYLE FROZEN CUSTARD
We wanted to differentiate ourselves from our Midwest grandfathers and called our frozen custard "West Coast Style". Our frozen custard is made with a focus on local, organic and natural ingredients. We also CURE our frozen custard to create a scoop-able consistency which makes it perfect for infusing or blending flavors or creating sundaeS, sandwiches and concretes. When we say "West Coast Style" we also mean that we create frozen custard flavors from a global perspective. The world is getting closer knit and we LOVE that. We love collaborating with like minded artisans to bring new and crazy flavors for EVERYONE to enjoy.

We're going to be part of a new creative VEGAN friendly collective with a new restaurant brewery called Citizen Fox. The new space will also a brewery incubator with classes for aspiring brew masters.
